Reports Panel

The Reports Panel allows you to view and print a multitude of reports. The filter on the left-hand side allows you to view specific groups of reports or all of them as shown below. Instead of printing out each report individually from the principal's reports, you can print out the same type of report for all of the clients you need that same piece of information from. Surety Access Connection determines missing or outdated information from the clients and generates a report for it. Click on each of the reports below to view them and learn how essential they are to your business.

The 1st of the Month category is automatically set up to know when insurance, bank lines, etc. are expired and generates a report to the principal asking for updated information. This also applies to Fiscal Year ends, quarterly statements, and bond information. To stay on top of your client's information, it is best to utilize this function of the program.

The Bids category presents various lists of upcoming bids.

The Everyday category presents requests for information on a daily basis.

The Final Bonds category presents various lists of final bonds.

The Misc. category are the letters or requests for information that don't exactly fit in another category.

The Principals category presents various lists of grouped principals.

The Surety category presents a surety list.
