Principal - Final Bonds - Bond Info

This is the final bond information page. Another way to access this page is to go back into bid bonds and click "Archive/WOH". For the bid bond, this implies that the contractor was low on the job and will most likely be needing a final bond because they will perform the job. This page has much of the general information about the bond and the project that the contractor will be performing.

The "Add to Final Bond Archive" is the button to press when the project has been completed. The information is still on record in the Final Bond Archive file, but not on the main Final Bond Tab anymore.

The "Claim Information" provides information about the Surety which is under the Surety View Panel.

Click on the "Rates Tab" to find out how to fill in the rest of the information for a final bond.
