This is the bid bond request that is sent to the Surety once you have filled out the bid bond information panel. The surety will be able to review the bid bond request with the relevant information provided here. The Rate Class box is a reminder to the surety of what their rates are, in case there are any discrepencies.

Bid data may change such as the bid date, contract amount, liquidated damages, or completion time. In this case, a new bid request will be issued to the surety reflecting the changed information. Click here for a changed bid request form.
