Principal - Bid Bond - Colorado River Aqueduct

This what an individual bid bond information page looks like. When you receive a bid bond request, this is where you type in all of the relevant data pertinant to the bond. The Rate Class is dependant on the surety rates. Not all of this information needs to be on the bid bond itself, but it may be required by the surety. If you have the information available you may as well place it in a location for later reference.

Please click on the Reports Tab to view the three reports you can generate.

The "Archive/WOH" button allows you to archive the bid bond once the bid results come in. You will see what the result of pressing this button does when we take a look at Final Bonds. The Preview Button shows you what will print out once you are finished completing this form.

The "Preview" button produces the four pieces of paper that accompany the bid bond. Click on the Preview to see the four pages and descriptions.
